Acorn’s 180 Curved Stairlift is a highly adaptable solution for more complex ‘non-straight’ staircases. These stairlifts run on a purpose-built rail which must precisely follow the contours of the staircase they’re intended for. Acorn’s single stairlift rail fits to the stairs and is designed for strength and durability. It looks good too, with a blank front face hiding the ‘workings’ and designed to blend easily into a domestic setting.
ACORN’S FASTTRACK® SYSTEM
In the past, customers had to wait weeks for a one-off curved stairlift rail to be designed and fabricated in a factory then shipped to site for fitting. If you needed a stairlift in a hurry – and many customers do – it was a real problem. Acorn’s patented FastTrack® system has changed all that. It uses a parts library of interlocking rail sections. Your home survey determines which sections are needed to build the perfect bespoke rail for your stairs. Those sections are picked from stock and a skilled Acorn technician assembles the rail on site in just a few hours. An Acorn 180 Curved Stairlift is typically installed within days of your order.
VERSATILE SOLUTION
If another provider has told you that your stairs are too unusual or ‘quirky’ for a stairlift, don’t give up – give Acorn a try. Its FastTrack® modular rail system is extremely versatile and adaptable, making it suitable for almost all settings. As with all Acorn Stairlifts, the single rail is secured to the stairs, not the wall, avoiding the need for structural work or redecorating.
